Terms of Return:

- We accept returns for premade items within 14 days of delivery. 

- Custom items can only be returned if they are damaged during shipping.

State of Return:

- Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Custom items must be damaged to qualify for a return.

Reasons for Return:

- We only accept returns for the following:

  - Custom items damaged during shipping (we will recreate and resend).

  - Premade items returned within 14 days of delivery.

Process for Return:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@royaltyunitedllc.com or call us at 513-787-8539.

2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue (damage for custom items or return request for premade items).

3. For damaged custom items, we may request photos for verification.

4. Return shipping on all items is the responsibility of the customer.

Process of Refund:

- For premade items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus shipping fees.

- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the returned item.

- For damaged custom items, we will recreate the item and send it to you at no additional cost.
